Abstract: Turkey has initiated FATIH (Increasing Opportunities Improving Technology Movement) Project with the aim enabling equal opportunities in education and improving technology in our schools for the efficient usage of ICT tools in the learning-teaching processes In today’s world, using informational technologies across different fields is critical. Just as in all other fields, informational technology is vital in the field of education as well. Effective usage of educational technology components such as Internet, smart boards and tablet PCs, is more important than ever. The open access e-lessons are both helpful and easy to use as supporting materials to improve student success. Recently, TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and MEB (Ministry of National Education) signed an agreement for cooperation in education. This joint study aims to examine the productivity of e-course videos to assess and determine the most efficient model.
