Abstract: Many states across our nation are continuing to examine and, in some cases, implement significant educational reforms to improve public schools. Although success has been uneven, Indiana has already demonstrated astonishing and proven results in multiple areas including academic standards, accountability, and technology infusion. The presenter will share specific education reforms and their positive impact on schools. Roundtable participants will be encouraged to share the education reforms from their respective states. Lastly, participants will examine common education reforms across multiple states, such as the common core.
