Abstract: This presentation shows how Interactive Performance-Based Assessment consisting of a combination of both summative and formative assessments and evaluation scenarios will require students to assemble, construct, and produce the response rather than select it from a given list of possible responses to measure skills, knowledge, behavior, and aptitude. The presentation also demonstrates how this type of assessment can be designed to gauge the learning goals and measure the learning outcomes in relation to the quality of instruction as a measure of the faculty performance to support the needed instructions at any given point in time and help students attain, the competencies and skills required by employers for specific jobs, and pinpoint gaps and deficiency where timely adjustments can be made to ensure students achieve the targeted standards-based learning outcomes.
