Reflecting on Authoring for an Edited eBook using ICT enabled Communication Tools

Abstract: Virtual co-operative team is becoming increasingly commonplace and ensuring the success of these ventures is progressively getting more important to a wide variety of practical contexts. In this paper chapter authors’ describe their unique experience of working in an ebook writing project. They accentuated on the aspect of mutual trust and constructive feedback which goes a long way towards creative and collaborative outcomes. Authors’ participation in the peer review process gave them an opportunity to gauge the quality of their own effort against the work of other international authors. Authors emphasized the need for strategies and tools for knowledge management and support systems in sustaining virtual collaboration.
