Abstract: In this research, we tried to develop a method of analyzing courses in higher education by using questions from students via term papers and Twitter. These questions may be a good indicator of learners’ level of understanding, an evaluation of which is important for improving lectures. The course that we researched included certain characteristics: the term paper included “questions about the course” and “answers to their own questions,” and used Twitter in the classroom to facilitate questions and share opinions from the students.
