Abstract: Throughout the Caribbean region, access to tertiary education is increasingly becoming a priority of governments. In recent years, there has been a gradual shift from face to face instruction to blended and online learning. As we strive to provide more flexible learning environments, this study investigates the readiness of students and faculty to use mobile technologies to enhance and support teaching and learning.
