Share Paper: Matching Expectations: A Questionnaire to Foster User-Orientation in Blended Learning Classes

Abstract: The University of Vienna invites students to participate and actively codetermine the instructional design of hybrid learning classes by conducting comprehensive eQuestionnaires for accounting classes. Due to the students’ multicultural background the battery of questions emphasizes the users’ ICT skills, e-literacy and language diversities as well as their previous knowledge of management sciences. The results of the online-provided survey with a sample of 264 undergraduate students are used to adapt both, in-class lessons and the respective online units in accordance with the students’ pedagogical needs and preferred learning styles.
