Share Paper: Assessing student ICT literacy on a national level

Abstract: This study has developed and verified an assessment tool of ICT literacy for junior and senior high school students. The developed assessment tool consists of 30 items with five-multiple choice questions and it evaluates the dimensions of two strands of abilities and contents of ICT literacy. The subjects are 15,117 students from junior high school and 2,429 senior high school students in their first year, who were stratified and randomly sampled based on region and the size of the school.
