Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to investigate user’s intention of using the medical information portal. In this study, papers and articles from various medical publications and websites are reviewed and analyzed. We begin the study by setting up a medical information portal for students. Then, we revise the TAM and use this model to develop a questionnaire survey. The samples came from a medical university in Taichung. The collection data were analyzed and processed. Statistics methods adopted in this study were Pearson Product-moment Correlation, Regression, Multiple step-wise regression. The results showed that perceived ease of use significantly affects the perceived usefulness of Medical Information Portal. In addition computer self-efficacy significantly affects the perceived ease of use of Medical Information Portal. Furthermore, computer self-efficacy, computer experience, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly affect the intention of using of Medical Information Portal.
