Abstract: In recent years the E-LANE project (European and Latin-American New Education) has been actively developed, involving collaborative work between researchers from prestigious universities in both Europe and Latin America. This article seeks to systematize the experience gained from working on the project, describing and systematizing the work stages in the production, modeling and implementation of training courses for the use of productivity tools, based on the requirements established for obtaining the ICDL (International Computer Drivers License).
