Abstract: When college students take economics, many of them feel intimidated by the economic theories relying heavily on mathematical formulas. Economics appears to them as a dull and challenging subject. As the Program Architect for Economics at DeVry Online, I have devoted my attention to making learning economics fun in cyber classrooms. Face-to-face interaction is effective when illustrating the abstract concepts. Consequently, teaching economics in the on-campus classes can be less challenging than in the cyber classrooms.
