Abstract: As inherent in any multidisciplinary field, in development of Virtual Learning Environments, many different perspectives have to be taken into account. Thus the particular issue of test generation and evaluation are complex and multifaceted. The developer teams and users of these environments consist of people from different disciplines, with different perceptions, and objectives in development and different expectations from the system. Firstly, requirements of End-Users i.e. pedagogues, domain experts, instructors and learners must be tackled.
