Abstract: In this panel presentation, we bring together three faculty members from the University of Virginia who hold a variety of roles within the institution, including teachers, scholars, and technologists, to show how integrating technology into the humanities classroom is not just about faculty development, it is about how the humanities at its core is changing. Technology is merely a mirror for that process. We will talk about several successful initiatives over the past decade which have supported the development of tools and talk about the interconnections between scholarship, teaching, content delivery, and tools as the cook pot of change.
