Abstract: This research aims to investigate how an e-learning management system can be employed to address the issue of student retention and achievement by affording the student the opportunity to become academically and socially integrated into the college despite their personal or vocational commitments. The main research instruments will be a student questionnaire and extensive interview with both staff and students.
