Abstract: With the rapid growth of online education, one challenge has been to provide online students the instructor’s inimitable knowledge which has traditionally been delivered in a face-to-face environment. Considering the value of in-class instruction, the instructional design approach on a communication disorders online course at Appalachian State University focuses on the alternative delivery of lecturing online. Video Interface Application (VIA) is designed for successful online lecture deliverance. VIA, the video-formatted methodology that cooperates seamlessly with hypermedia is illustrated in this paper including screen-captured images of the VIA practice.
