Abstract: This paper is a document to show organizations how they can develop an e-learning solution that can be repurposed for other clients and scenarios. It will teach the processes and solutions to internationalize and localize content and how to do it faster, better and cheaper than traditional training methods. Dade Behring, the world’s largest company dedicated to clinical diagnostics, and Knowledge Anywhere, a company that specializes in building technology-based learning systems and performance support systems, created efficient training across multiple languages and successfully navigated cultural differences in deploying educational resources globally.
