Abstract: Internet has made unprecedented impact on the educational landscape. In many regard, the field of E-learning has matured. More and more materials are produced commercially, and wealth of materials is also available from digital libraries. A service on demand model with Web delivery has enormous appeals by sparing users huge investments and deployment headaches. Often, an educator will discover new features that will add to effectiveness of existing E-learning modules, but are too expensive to produce. Now, we do not have to sacrifice learning. Service on demand model allows us to incrementally add new functionality without having to replace the old with new resulted in greater return on investments. The real excitement for educators comes from the ability to add new services and combine them with the old, creating an active and interactive environment where students learn not only by listening and reading, but also by exploring and interacting.
