Abstract: The high failure rates in Curricular Units of Differential and Integral Calculus (UC-CDI) in engineering degrees lead to constant reflection on applied pedagogical practices. Research work has been carried out at Coimbra Engineering Institute within the scope of “Design, development and evaluation of an intervention in terms of teaching/learning practices of UC-CDI in engineering degrees”.
