Abstract: This paper discusses on how emerging technology such as web-based tools perform as a reflective thinking and supporting tool in the peer based teaching and supervision of the teaching internship of pre-service teachers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 'Web Room' as an example of the communication platform has been taken in this paper which help the teachers collectively in asking questions, reflecting on the lesson plans and classroom proceedings, and in general discussion. 'Web Room' enhanced the written dialogue between supervisor and a pre service teacher in terms of getting feedbacks and support and enabled deep reflection among peer teachers and supervisor.
