Abstract: Open Educational Resources (OER) can play an important role in improving the education around the globe since they ease the access to high quality digital educational materials. One of the most common used OER resources are images. There is a huge amount of already produced and well-tested materials that contain images. However, the licenses of the images that have been used for producing these materials are either unknown or the images are copyrighted.
