Abstract: Gamification is a strategy based on using game design elements in non-game contexts. It is related to the promotion of intrinsic motivation. In this work, we proposed the use of gamification to favor the development of creative skills in students of Information Technologies. This through an educational intervention that employs gamification in creative thinking activities using a Constructivist Learning Environment. To validate the hypothesis, we consider a pretest-posttest design, along with quasi-experimental methodology having a non-equivalent control group.
