How to use structures assessment tools to evaluate competences in situ? Communication and using structured assessment tools in the different competence areas.
Abstract: The aim of this research is to produce a clear operating model and curriculum for training and high-fidelity simulation, which increases cooperation, competences and prove evaluation between students, teachers and the work life practitioners. The main idea for this operating model is to increase (metacognitive) communicative competence in practical social skills, both in learning situations at school and in real working life environment. This autumn, SOHE –project (Social and Healtcare) will be completed that will create a whole new model of continuing education for highly Educated nurses from outside the EU and EEA. Four University of Applied Sciences have produced the model. The model uses the above algorithms to identify and demonstrate competence.
