Abstract: Many institutions in the world have invested in the implementation of E-Learning tools such as Learning Management System (LMS) to improve teaching and learning. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate factors that influence the usage of LMS for the effective teaching and learning activities in a rural institution. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as a theoretical framework and 120 students responded to a 13-item questionnaire containing two constructs: perceived usefulness (PU), and perceived ease of use (PEU).
