Abstract: While it is no doubt that learning e-Portfolios can enhance student learning, there is scanty research literature recorded on the detailed insights, which provide a clear picture of the implementation for designing learning e-Portfolio for learning to strengthen learners’ effectiveness in the learning process. The study is conducted in an undergraduate programmes in South African in a higher education context. In this paper, the aim is to develop and design a structure for implementing learning e-Portfolios in the context of a particular South African Higher Education institution
