Abstract: This paper reports the findings of a study at a Hong Kong secondary school on virtual reality (VR) in visual arts (VA) education. We proposed VR as the new educational media for students to express their creativity in virtual 3D spaces. Google Tilt Brush was used to allow students to create virtual 3D artworks. An assessment rubric was developed to measure student creations individually and in groups. A semi-structured interview was conducted on the VA teacher involved in this study.
