Abstract: In this study, we have analyzed the SE-TEBI of elementary school teachers in Korea and found implications. The SE-TE (Software Education Teaching Efficacy) level of elementary school teachers, the individual efficacy, and the expected result were 3.41 (Standard deviation: 0.63), 3.16 (Standard deviation: 0.89), and 3.56 (Standard deviation: 0.522), respectively. Elementary school teachers in Korea need to improve their SPETE. Thus, we have developed 8 steps of teachers’ training course in order to improve teachers’ PE through backward design and micro-teaching.
