Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to suggest the computer programming education that places importance on the logical thinking ability. A lesson has been added to computer programing education to make it think about algorithms. We conducted a comparative experiment in two classes and evaluated the logical thinking ability by the test using the Computer Aptitude Battery (CAB). This experiment show that clarification programs specifications before the students start to create its leads to the improvement of logical thinking ability.
