Share Paper: Exploring the factors affecting learning satisfaction in the K-MOOC learning environment
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among K-MOOC’s perceived content quality, ease of use, perceived usefulness and learners’ satisfaction. A survey was distributed to 1,066 students who registered for “Robotics” and “Control of Electronic Vehicle Powertrain” courses provided by K-MOOC at the end of Fall semester in 2017. A total of 79 completed responses were used to investigate the relationships among variables. The results suggest that 1) content quality and perceived ease of use significantly affected perceived usefulness, 2) the content quality of K-MOOC and perceived usefulness significantly affected learners’ satisfaction.
