Share Paper: Technology Integration in a Foreign Language Course Using a Collaborative Action Research

Abstract: This paper reports results of a collaborative action research where an instructor partnered with a researcher to integrate technology in a foreign language course to improve vocabulary learning. Participants consisted of an instructor and 18 students enrolled in a course taught in the United Arab Emirates. Quantitative and qualitative data sources were used namely interviews, survey, documents, and fieldnotes to investigate the collaboration and the integration of technology in the course.
