Share Paper: Proposing an augmented reality-based system for writing instruction

Abstract: The study is a multi-phase research project, and the researcher aims to investigate how to develop and integrate the learning technology, Augmented Reality (AR), into writing course and to facilitate students’ Chinese writing ability. There were two phases of the current study, in phase one, the researcher collected Chinese teachers’ ideas and needs of using AR techniques for assisting Chinese writing, and then the prototype of AR-based writing system was constructed accordingly.
