Abstract: Textbook costs have increased exponentially over the past decade. At the Community College of Baltimore County (USA), open educational resources have been adopted in over fifty percent of undergraduate math courses. In addition to the adoption and creation of open resources, the college has created activities and labs for the online and face to face classrooms. The online assessment program, MyOpenMath has been adopted to create homework, and multiple assessment types that are all free to students for mathematics classes from the remedial level through college level mathematics.
