Abstract: Creating an interactive storyboard has many educational benefits for students. With advancement in technology, educators now have new emerging tools to use in classroom in order to produce digital interactive books. The purpose of this paper is to explain how 8th grade students learned and used an augmented reality app, Aurasma, and an online publishing software, Student Treasures, to create an interactive storyboard. The lesson provided an experience beyond the “3Rs” by fostering 21st century skills.
