Abstract: This interactive presentation will discuss how persuasion can be taught and modeled; it is indeed possible for all students in class to demonstrate and articulate passion for their capstone research papers. Gleaning from narrative accounts of students possessing an insufficient arsenal of language skills, who are learning to enjoy constructing strong, coherent arguments and through a recursive process thrill at becoming stronger writers, will be discussed. Current trends in teaching rhetoric and thoughtful and timely problem solving, no matter whatever the discipline, will be noted (Knape, 2012).
