Abstract The recent trends in research of educational institutions, instructional designers, and instructors have focused on the development of a theoretical framework and the sustainability of m-learning (Baran, 2014; Reeves, Gunter, & Lacey, 2017; Setirek and Tanrikulu, 2015). The problem has included how to determine what frameworks and instructional strategies are most situated towards m-learning, what resources and investments should be allocated to sustain m-learning, and what general characteristics can be repeated to benefit all learners involved in m-learning programs. Educational leaders and researchers must focus their teaching and learning efforts on the determining how to strategically support m-learning programs.
