Abstract: Māori students have been over-represented in those students who are achieving below or well below the New Zealand Ministry of Education’s National Standards for reading, writing and mathematics for primary students (Parr, 2010). In this pilot project four teachers, from two suburban primary schools, completed a survey, were interviewed, and observed in the classroom to examine how they used information and communication technology/ies (ICT) to support the learning of their Māori students.
