Abstract: The dire need for an online delivery system for overall faculty evaluation came up as a supplement to the UP Open University’s online delivery system of instruction. The system has proven its worth as it has shortened the evaluation process. Feedbacks in the form of student’s responses are instantly generated hence instructional effectiveness and quality of outputs (students) are outrightly determined. However inspite of the devise effectiveness and efficiency, human intervention is also needed. Errors or difficulties encountered by students in answering questions, need to be readily explained. Lastly, the system is wholly dependent on online interaction. In the UPOU SET system, the latest online evaluation revealed that generally faculty members were rated good/agree in the different areas of teaching. All of these then will serve as basis for necessary modifications in instruction for the succeeding semester.
