Abstract: Abstract: STEM education has been placed at the forefront of educational agendas in the recent past and even developing countries like Trinidad and Tobago seek to develop, in students and teachers alike, skills and competencies to promote STEM. In-service teachers seldom experience focused training in STEM and the promotion of 21st Century skills can transform classroom practice. However, in-service teachers have competing demands for their time and energies and blended learning models have been known to afford teachers greater flexibility in time and resources.
