Abstract: The demands of Outcomes-Based Education and the challenges of twenty-first century learning calls for alternative modes of instruction. The study focused on e-learning as an alternative medium to augment the traditional face-to-face instruction. The development of the portal in Civil Engineering Drafting utilized top-rated e-learning tools and was designed using Google sites. The portal was put to test run and was evaluated for acceptability. Descriptive statistics were used and results revealed the acceptability of the portal in terms of content, organization and functionality.
