Abstract: This paper shows the results of a preliminary investigation into the effect of group discussion on university students’ attitudes toward online privacy. Two online questionnaires were carried out before and after the lecture.The results suggest group discussions that took place during a lecture open to the public influenced students’ attitudes to some degree.
