Share Paper: Developing Digital Discoveries

Abstract: Technology innovation is becoming necessary to compete academically and professional in a global society. Consequently, educators are tasked with the responsibility of preparing students and colleagues to be 21st century learners. Communities of practice (Lave and Wenger, 1991) can be a way for educators to reinvent their teaching and learning through understanding “new roles of the instructor and learner”.
