Proposed training program for the integration of technology in the education faculty at Teachers College, King Saud University, in the light of their training needs

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the training needs of the training faculty at Teachers College, King Saud University employ technology in higher education from their point of view, and the statement of the impact of the specialty, and propose a training program for the integration of technology in education at Teachers College at the University of King Saudwi the light of her needs. The study population includes all faculty members at this college and the number (225) and the sample consisted of all members of society. The study found several results, including: all came highly training needs and numbered (36) is a (100%). The results also pointed to a lack of statistically significant differences in the training needs assessment among faculty members belonging to the specialization variable. Been proposed training program that meets the requirements for integrating technology in education for faculty at Teachers College. Based on the results the researcher recommended identifying training needs of the faculty at Teachers College in the recruitment of technology in education, and Tzoidalklah tools of modern technology, and a study is working on the design of training programs for faculty members faculties of various university in the use of programs, educational media and production.
