Abstract: The Collaborative Delivery of Foundational Learning project piloted a collaborative delivery approach using videoconferencing and the SOLARO content management system to offer foundational and non-credit programming to adult learners in 9 rural communities in Alberta. The case study outlines the context of the project, the need to increase access to programming and to find an approach that combined both flexibility and support to meet the learning needs of working adult learners.
