Abstract: Abstract: In this paper, a computerized measure, Interactive Analogical Measure (IAM), was developed and used to assess young children’s ability to reason analogically. The IAM consists of two equivalent parts (15 items each). Each A:B::C:? item incorporated 4 response options that followed a specific model. The effects of incorporating feedback into an assessing tool were tested for experimental (with feedback) and control groups (without feedback). A group of children (n = 50) aged 5–6 years participated in the study.
