Abstract: Mapping a curriculum can be approached from various perspectives, the student, the institution, the profession and accreditation organisations. Each stakeholder has their own expectations about how the curriculum impacts on themselves now and subsequently. This paper describes the exploration of curriculum models, designs and outcomes. Its major contribution is the provision of a working prototype for a sophisticated curriculum mapping system that uses Google apps and readily available data from within the university plus a realistic level of input from a teaching team. This application is being considered at ~30 other universities.
