Broadcast radio and television as components of learning journeys in science
Brief Paper: New Development
ID: 38931
Abstract: This paper considers the role of broadcast television and radio in constructing science learning journeys that both provide the audience with an entry into learning and offer opportunities for educators to enhance their own courses. Experience in developing learning journeys has been derived from working with broadcasters on a number of projects and in particular developing learning materials surrounding the broadcast programmes.
