Measuring Analytical Thinking Skills Using Problem Solving within a PBL Environment

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Project-Based Learning (PBL), on enhancing analytical thinking skills among future computer teachers in Saudi Arabia. This study employed a single group pre-test/post-test design. The treatment consisted of using PBL as the instructional method. The target populations was thirty-three students in their seventh semester who were registered in the mandatory course “Methods of Teaching Technology” identified as a prerequisite for the final practicum in the College of Education.
