Abstract: The present study aims to measure students’ attitudes regarding online assessment to gauge the relationship between those feelings and their results in an online exam as opposed a traditional pencil and paper exam. Participants reported their perceptions of online assessment, their history of taking online examinations, their level of proficiency using technology, and their comfort levels of testing in traditional classroom environments. It is expected that students will have overwhelmingly positive feelings towards online assessment. Even should some students feel anxiety surrounding testing online, it is not expected that those feelings will be strong enough to outweigh their overall preference for participating in online assessments over traditional forms.
