Communication Management and the Dialogue in Education: an Educommunication Theme
Abstract: Based on the premise that the legitimate process of dialogue should be built on the authentic exchange of views, based on a real intent of presenting new impressions and consequent joint reflection with no manipulation trial from any part, this article is dedicated to verify if the mediations of the e-mentor who teaches in a distance education course offered through an online education environment can reinforce the process of reflexive dialogue implementation among participants when planned from the premise of communication management. This study was developed from Educommunication field standpoint and focused on e-mentor activities to understand if management of communication is really important to make learners exchange arguments and ideas aiming the development of a reflexive dialogue.
