Abstract: Several different Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) platforms have been developed during the last decades. Our research deals with CALL using Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. Moreover, the goal is to implement an integrated environment, which means that learning can be achieved using common working environments like Web browsers or Email clients. Additionally, context-related language learning shall be available involving semantic data processing. In consideration of different learning types, the platform shall provide adequate learning scenarios. Based on the needs and functional requirements, the paper describes the system overview from a technological point of view.
