Abstract: This paper is about a web-based system providing a learning management system to help students and instructors in Saudi universities to join and use the new learning system. This system adopted from the National Center of E-Learning and Distance Learning (NCEL) in Saudi Arabia to shift from the traditional way of teaching face-to-face (FTF) to the hybrid teaching method because the number of Saudi students increased and became more than 600,000 students in Saudi universities in the academic year 2009-2010. This system is called Jusur (Jusur an Arabic word means bridges). NCEL created from the Ministry of Higher Education several years ago, when the Ministry of Higher Education wanted to mange and coordinates all the distance educations' branches opened in in Saudi Arabia. This paper is a brief describing of Jusur and its tools to help instructors and first-users students how to deal with Jusur
